Barrier: Skyrocketing prices for shopfronts and studio space have displaced thousands of businesses from Bay Area neighborhoods. Women and minority owned small businesses are especially vulnerable because they are more likely to struggle accessing resources for success, including startup capital, growth funding, and other forms of business support.
