Our partners are extremely important to us.
While our approach is place-based and rooted in open space, it is also multidisciplinary. It brings together the very people whose community resource we are transforming and the skills and knowledge of other sectors.
An upstream approach requires surrounding Corica Park’s reimagining with all stakeholders who are impacted by it and have a role to play in informing its redesign.
Our partners include private businesses, public sector entities, mission-aligned non-profits, generous donors and community residents:

A special shout-out to all of our meal donors! We could not make our free youth programming happen without the support of all of the restaurants and vendors who provide food for our campers. During our first two years of On the Green Summer Camps they shared cuisines from around the world and collectively provided more than 3,000 meals.

COMMUNITY MEMBERS
Identifying the needs and wants of the entire community requires a diverse set of perspectives. We are actively and broadly engaging residents in Alameda’s neighborhoods, from Bay Farm Island, where Corica Park is situated on the East end, to the underserved West End of our city so that everyone’s voices are heard in our co-visioning of Corica Park’s future as a sustainable open space for everyone.
