Join us throughout May as we embrace Mental Health Awareness Month amidst Corica Park's expansive green space. Expert practitioners will guide you through curated workshops in art therapy, music therapy, mindful movement, cooking, and more. Reconnect with nature, find your balance, and rejuvenate your spirit.⠀
